I have a 2-node cluster, with 7 resource groups.
In a controlled stop of Power HA on one side, all resource groups on that side failover to the other node in parallel.
If I take down a network on one side, however, the resource groups are failed over to the other node sequentially.
Has anyone else come across this?

See: http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=isg1IZ75215 for a solution.
I upgraded to PowerHA 6.1 SP2 and applied the corrective action described in this APAR. Now all resource groups failover in parallel when a network_down event is processed.
