Hello friends,

I would like to know the difference between PM Extend Date and PM Extend Dates with History report.

PM Extend Date report lists all PMs with extend date and pluscpmextdate.history=0.

Here is the query used in Actuate:

select pm.pmnum, pm.description, pm.assetnum, pm.location,
pluscpmextdate.masterpmnum, pluscpmextdate.extdate, pluscpmextdate.prevextdate,
pluscpmextdate.comments, pluscpmextdate.changeby, pluscpmextdate.changedate
from MAXIMO.pm, MAXIMO.pluscpmextdate
where pm.pmnum=pluscpmextdate.pmnum
and pm.siteid=pluscpmextdate.siteid
and pluscpmextdate.history=0
and pm.extdate is not null
and pm.worktype in (select value from synonymdomain where domainid='WORKTYPE' and maxvalue in ('CAL'))
and 1=1
order by pluscpmextdate.extdate desc

PM Extend Dates with History report lists all PMs with extend date and pluscpmextdate.history=1:

I do not have a clue on when the pluscpmextdate.history is set to 1. I tried multiple options of setting Extended Date, but did not see the history flag set to 1.

Please advice!!
