Pinned topic Licensing and Support Question about SCA Feature Pack

‏2010-07-23T16:14:14Z |
We had a few queries about SCA Feature Pack related to licensing and support.

1) For customers purchasing WebSphere Application Server 7.0 ND is there an additional cost for getting the SCA Feature Pack?

2) For customers who have a support contract for WebSphere Application Server, do they need any additional support contract for SCA Feaure Pack?

If this is not the best place to get answers to these questions, could you please point us to where we can get more information about the above.

Thanks
Rohit

    Rohit,
    1) For customers purchasing WebSphere Application Server 7.0 ND is there an additional cost for getting the SCA Feature Pack? There is no additional cost.

    2) For customers who have a support contract for WebSphere Application Server, do they need any additional support contract for SCA Feaure Pack? No additional support contract. It's covered by the support contract for WebSphere Application Server.

Sorry for the slow response. This forum is fine for these questions, and your account team is also a good resource for these types of questions.
