Hi all,

How to solve this problem?

  1. ./cellsdk_sync_simulator install
Mounting system root on /mnt/cell-sdk-sysroot
mount -o loop /opt/ibm/systemsim-cell/images/cell/sysroot_disk /mnt/cell-sdk-sysroot
Building and installing sample simulation library
make[1]: Entering directory `/opt/ibm/systemsim-cell/sample/cell/libsim/spu'
/opt/cell/toolchain/bin/spu-as -I. -I /opt/cell/sysroot/opt/cell/sdk/usr/spu/include -o libsim.o libsim.s
/opt/cell/toolchain/bin/spu-ar -qcs libsim.a libsim.o
make[1]: Leaving directory `/opt/ibm/systemsim-cell/sample/cell/libsim/spu'
Starting synchronization of directories with Simulator sysroot image.
Synchronization of directories with Simulator sysroot image is complete.

/tmp/cellsdk/rpms does not contain RPMs for the Simulator sysroot image.
mv: cannot stat `/tmp/cellsdk/rpms/*.ppc.rpm': No such file or directory
mv: cannot stat `/tmp/cellsdk/rpms/*.ppc64.rpm': No such file or directory
Installation of RPMs into Simulator sysroot image is complete.
Unmounting system root from /mnt/cell-sdk-sysroot
I already search in this forum, but not found clearly and elegant solution. Please do not answer if you just want to told me to "read the installation guide" or "just download rpms from BSC site". I already read instruction so many times and download all rpms from IBM and BSC sites before I ask this problem in this forum.

Thank you.

regards,

roland
