We are having Custom capture application using Filenet Capture 5.1 and Image Service 4.1.The application has function "Copy from Repository" which will copy document image from Image service to BES. When we accept a batch and open a same batch it is giving error " 88,0,34 Can’t open batch when queue not equal to uncommit (1) or none (0).
If we open the same batch after some time it is openning successfully.

I am getting a similar error (capture 5.2, IS 4.0 sp 4); in my case I suspect that this error is due to some of our users accessing and manipulating batches with different versions of capture (4.1, 5.1); can that be your case? I also get an error in our fax entry.

I am also experiencing this error and have not found a solution. What have you done to resolve the error?
