1. How does XC10 handle things like eviction etc.
2. What happens when the appliance reached it max capacity?

This is the accepted answer.1) For dynacache and HTTP session, eviction is handled via the TTL values specified in those application domains. For the simple grid, by default, entries do not have a TTL value, but you can specify a TTL policy and TTL value using the OG apis.
2) Attempts to insert new entries into the grid will receive an exception
