I know that the feature pack is no longer in Beta, but perhaps someone on the forum could assist . . .
Is there a standard way of installing the feature pack on the Websphere Test Environment on RAD/RSA ? Installation Manager does not pick it up when I point to the repository.
Thanks in advance

I've the same problem. Does any one has any solution? The only option I see is to install WebSphere 7 separately and then apply the FP.
I am new websphere, is Test environment any different from independent installation? With RAD 8, it installs websphere 8 separately (not as a Test Environment).

Re: JPA 2.0 on WebSphere Test Environment on RAD/RSA2010-09-27T17:50:36Z in response to FrankDHi, RAD 7.5.x does not support the JPA 2.0 feature pack on WAS 7.0.x. The feature pack is only officially supported in RAD 8.0, which does allow you to install the FeP as part of the WAS 7.0.x test environment install. Were you having problems trying to install a WAS 7.0.x test environment with the JPA 2.0 FeP from the RAD 8.0 installation manager?
As for WAS 8.0, the support for that in RAD 8.0 is at the beta level only, and full support will be provided in a RAD 8.0.x fixpack release after WAS 8.0 GA's.
