Re: where is the download for powerVM lx862010-04-08T23:38:09Z in response to ianbairdThe 188.8.131.52 release is available
For more information and to download the software, follow these links:
- DeveloperWorks: http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/linux/lx86/
- PowerVM Lx86 website: http://www-03.ibm.com/systems/power/software/virtualization/editions/lx86/index.html
You will need to sign in or register with IBM to get id/pw before downloading
Version 184.108.40.206 improvements :
- Support for SLES 11 and RHEL 5.3.
- SE Linux support for RHEL 5.3.
- Ability to restrict the virtual memory usage of Lx86.
- System i servers now supported.
- Additional bug fixes.
The 220.127.116.11 release removes the following features from PowerVM Lx86:

Re: where is the download for powerVM lx862010-04-29T20:49:27Z in response to SystemAdminThe link I provided was working back in 4/8, since then we have a newer version (1.4) and consolidatedall to this:
It aslso does have back levels (like Lx86 1.3.1) available for download.
Again, this will require partnerworld id/pw to get in.
My apology for all this changes.
Re: where is the download for powerVM lx862010-04-30T11:33:53Z in response to lple2003I work for an IBM customer, not a business partner, so I do not think I would qualify for partnerworld. I would be interested to know if customers can sign up for this.
As well as posting here, I filled out the form on the IBM site to let them know about broken links. I do not know if it was a result the posting here, or the standard form, or just someone else doing their job... Whatever the reason, the link now works and I was able to download the software I needed.
Thanks to those that took the time to reply.
