I am trying to install fixpack 220.127.116.11 for WAS (developer edition), but it keeps on failing. It seems to have difficulty in deleting or replacing files - I have tried several times, and it keeps on failing, on a different file each time.
What can I do to get this working?

Re: Installation of WAS Fixpack 22.214.171.124 fails2010-04-07T01:37:03Z in response to ColinSharplesHi,
Couple of questions for you:
1. Did you stop WAS process before installing the fixpack?
2. Are you using the latest Update Installer 126.96.36.199 version to install the fixpack? If not, download from below link and try again. http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg24020448
3. Make sure you are using the same user account when WAS Developer Edition was installed.
4. If still the same error, what is the exact error message? Maybe a piece of error log is helpful.
