    Hi,

It looks like the application /av/prod/bin/CTA00C.gnt is resulting in Signal 11 from COBOL runtime. You may need to correct the application that is causing the Signal 11.
To debug the application, you can animate the COBOL CICS Application the application CTA00C.ccp and see in which statement the COBOL Execution error is seen and correct it.
You can find the steps to animate the COBOL CICS application in the link
    http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/infocenter/txformp/v6r2/index.jsp?topic=/com.ibm.cics.tx.doc/APGuide/br034.html

    Thanks

    Hi Nikhil,
    thanks for you reply ...
In fact, that program was "hung", I pulled myself with a "forcepurge", but unlike the usual this operation has sent the region CICS dump.
    what is strange ?
that usually the user transaction are deleted with purge but this is the first time that cics region, after this, was down.
    why ?
