I wonder if it's possible to change the color of a field (back color, or text color) on a certain condition and, if so, can you plesa explain me how to?.
For example: have red color for CURBALTOTAL when it is less than MINLEVEL.

Yes, it is possible to change the layout of afield and text in maximo. It is done with the help of cascading style sheets (CSS) files. You can find the css classnames under <root-maximo>\applications\maximo\maximouiweb\webmodule\webclient.
