I had this new practices plug-in / configuration brought to my attention today:
It provides a slightly different perspective on the original "Practices for Agile Development" and seems to be aligned to what is reviewed in MCIF.
However, I can't find any discussion about its release, if it replaces the "Agile Development" configuration, and if these practices should now appear in the All Practices configuration.

This package is a subset of the All Practices configuration specifically for support of the MCIF for Agile Delivery V1.1 deployment. It includes updates to this subset of practices to provide enhanced measurements/metric content and tool guidance.
We will also make an update of the IBM Practices library available on the support site (in English only at this point until our translation efforts catch up).

Re: New "Practices for Agile Delivery"?2010-02-02T19:32:45Z in response to JulianAs Chris noted, this download is provided to match the MCIF for Agile Delivery 1.1 practices, for customers who want to pull this into RMC and make changes in RMC.
This does not replace the "Agile Development" configuration - we chose to minimize impact on existing libraries.
In future we may decide to merge these two so that there is only one agile configuration.
We did not update the All Practices configuration to include the additional practices. We opted not to do this because there are other optional downloadable practices, and the only way to have a proper all practices configuration is to release a full library update.
Hope that answers all your questions.
