My customer installed "ServeRAID Manager for Director Core Service" on Windows 2003 SP2 R2 with Systems Director 6.1 common agent on System x3350 .
Both Director agent and ServeRAID Manager for Director Core Service are installed from IBM Systems Director 6.1 CD .
When they tried to uninstall "ServeRAID Manager for Director Core Service" from contoll panel , follwing message came up and could not uninstall it .
message : "Error applying transforms. Verify that the specified transform paths are valid."
I could find the message in knowledge base below .
ERROR CODE : ERROR_INSTALL_TRANSFORM_FAILURE
VALUE : 1624
How can I uninstall "ServeRAID Manager for Director Core Service" from this system ?
Is there any item to stop opened file or started services at first on Windows ?
Or is it valid if we try "Windows Installer CleanUp Utility" from Microsoft ?
Is it officially supported ?
