Pinned topic css and jquery in web content management

Hi all
How to refer an image component in css file uploaded as stylesheet element in WCM
and also how to call a jquery function which is available as file resource element.

Please help me and if possible, provide me links for any tutorials available

    My jquery is working. I did not close the script tag.
    CSS is also working fine except images

    In css file, I used like this

    .ui-accordion .ui-accordion-content {background:url("my library/box_top.gif"/>);}

    In the link, it shows how to refer in html component. But I want to set the background image for a div tag in css, which is available as stylesheet element

    You cannot set background image in stylesheet element.
    Instead of that create an html component and paste the complelte css classes from .css file into it.

    Now you can refer image as follows:
    
    background:url(
    "<Component name="bg
    " format="url
    "/>");
    


    Now refer the html component in presentation template as follows:

    
    <style type=
    "text/css"> <Component name=
    "HTMLCmpnt"/> </style>
