Pinned topic Error registering rhapsody.tlb on Vista

‏2009-10-28T15:27:31Z |
When installing Rational Rhapsody Modeler Edition on Vista if after installing you get an error: "Error in registering rhapsody.tlb" then the problem may be that you did not install as Administrator.
To install as Administrator, click the Start button, right-mouse click on the Command Prompt item, and click "Run as Administrator". Then change the current
directory to the location of the MSI file and run it.

Any related guide to learn? Could you give more explanation on it? I'm a beginner.

There are tutorials for Rhapsody within the product under Help.

If you are looking for DOS commands then Microsoft should be able to provide that information, maybe in the help of Windows.
