In my statemachine, the class does not interact with the env, so if F5 ,the statemachine execute and generate sequence chart quickly , and the logic time delay in it also passes quickly no matter how much the value of time duration is.
How to extend or increase the real executing time （such as near to the wall clock） delay in statemachine not in debug mode?

Instead the approach is that timers are not expired until there are no other events to consume. This approach is generally more usable than realtime because (for example) it becomes possible to debug models with very short timeouts, and you don't have to sit there waiting for long timeouts to expire. The MV does support realtime simulation though.
To switch the MV to realtime, edit the properties of the artifact you use to build the MV, and in the property editor Filter choose Model Verfier, then change Simulation Kind from Standard to Realtime. Make sure to Clean and completely rebuild the MV.
