I installed recently the Rational System Architect 11.3.0 under the Academic Initiative. However I was not able to pass the initial splash screen (see attached file), since I got always the same licensing error.
I tried to uninstall the product several times, get another key file from licensing site (by filling the form with host name and the host id – my drive id) and provided it at the initial phase of the installation, but I got always the same error.
Can anybody suggest me a way to circumvent this problem?

You might also have to have LMTools running which would be the license server for SA.
