I've reproduced this on more than one submodel.
When we upgrade firmware to 7.35.41.00 or 7.35.41.02, we can no longer get the system to respond via a serial connection.
CTL-Break / SPACE works to autoset the speed.
We can see the information scrolling through when the system boots up.
CTL-B and CTL-C elicit no response.
The system still responds to Storage Manager.
No problems were experienced with the same hardware and earlier version of firmware.
Any thoughts on how to get the system to respond via serial connection?
Any other ways to do a sysWipe?

Using Putty, if you send breaks and are able to reset the baud rate to say, 38400 (default i believe), try sending another break and pressing <Esc> to enter your login info (shellUsr, wy3oo&w4) If it doesn't give you that prompt, but you still know your IPs, login via the DS storage manager program, right click the system and select "Execute Script". try the following: "set storageSubsystem resetConfiguration=true;"
Should only do this obviously if you don't care about your data and/or configurations anymore, it's really quite destructive :)
