    Hi,

ODA is not part of DB2 LUW V9.7 installation package. In fact, it is not part of any of the DB2 LUW release streams. IBM Data Studio has an independent release package and an independent release cycle. Please refer to the following link for more details: http://www-01.ibm.com/software/data/optim/

    Thank you

But, Control Center is "deprecated" in v9.7. So, does it mean, that in "next" release there won't be any admin tool?
      Thank you.

Data Studio has some admin capability; create, alter, drop, utilties, etc. Here's a link to a whitepaper that briefly describes the capability: URL http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/blogs/page/datastudioteam?entry=a_no_charge_stand_alone [/URL]

ODA contains more sophisticated change management, compare, migration, etc.
