Have you configured systemid on your Managemeng Server? CSM need to know the HMC access information from systemid setting.

Could you try to access your HMC by command as below:
    ssh hscroot@p570hmc1

then enter the password as you set in systemid command?

no, ssh hscroot@p570hmc1 from csm server can not complete, is the reason at HMC configuation? HMC V7 does not support ssh default?

I think there may be some issue with your connection between MS and th HMC, in our environment, ssh on HMC v7 works by default.
Is there any firewall setting on your HMC? you can try to check iptables or firewall first.

Besides, I guess the rpower command does not work for you either.

If possible, you can login sametime, that's helpful for us to debug..

    #ssh hscroot@p570hmc1

and this is no any output after waiting for some time, seem like there are some ssh problems between csm server and HMC,
how do check the ssh enabled in HMC?

To check ssh service on HMC, just login HMC with root permission, then /etc/init.d/sshd status to check it.

the firewall seting for csm must be configured in HMC7 and restart hmc, it will work
