Has any one created a datasource which uses oracle os authentication feature. ie I dont have to provide userid and password for database connection. I tried this with standalone java program, it works fine. connected successfully to an external database without mentioning user id and password. But in websphere the datasource test connection always fail with error - invalid userid and password.
I tried a couple of things like set custom properties for user and password parameters with empty strings, it didnt work. Please advice me how to resolve this issue.
Oracle 10.2 oci driver
websphere security enabled - user registry as local operating system
Thanks in advance
