Pinned topic How to hide/show column in a table based on user role type

How to hide/show column in a summary and drilldown table based on role type of user who has logged in. I know we can profile that column. Can anyone provide more help on profiling the column. Please suggest any other way if possible.

Regards

After you add profile, open the profile file you add under folder WebContent\WEB-INF\profiles.
You can use Profile Selection Handler or Value Setter to make your profile return different value based on role.
