Pinned topic Accessing a BusinessCalendar in a snippet

‏2009-01-14T16:06:19Z |
I am unable to find any documentation on accessing a BusinessCalendar from a java Snippet. I have searched the info center, have a PMR open that is going nowhere, so I am hoping that someone else has faced this situation.

I have a Simple 9 to 5 weekdays business calendar defined, and am using this for escalations, and this is working exactly as it should. Now I have the requirement that I need to know the Date when an Escalation is supposed to occur. The Escalation object stores the time until the Escalation should occur as a Delta. The User Calendar has an interface that allows me to apply the delta to the activation time, so it appears that I can meet my need. HOWEVER, I am unable to access the User Calendar.

Can anyone help me? What I need to know is the code to access the UserCalendar object that is tied to my project.

Note: I have attempted this under both 6.1.2 and 6.2.0 and have the same issue, I can not see a documented way to get my UserCalendar object.

THANKS
