I have created a new WPF project and I have added all the four LWM feature sets to this project. I have not been able to locate the LWM portlets on this project. Where are they located? Are they part of a separate war file just like the SecurityConfigPortlet.war?
I was under the impression that this solution would be similar to the current Dashboard solution, where a set of portlets is added to the WPF project when the Dashboard feature set is added to a WFP project. If that is not the case, does LWM require any special handling so that one can access the LWM solution portlets? I have searched for this topic on all LWM help documentation I could find (LWM Info Center, LWM WIKI, WPF help Documentation), but it seems that the documenation is silent about the location of these LWM solutions portlets.
Any help would be appreciated.

you can find the jump start portlets on IBM catalog.
If you search for Lotus Workforce Management you'll find them.
Here the link for your convenience http://www-01.ibm.com/software/brandcatalog/portal/portal/details?catalog.label=1WP1001PZ

The feature sets included in the WPF Designer after installing LWM 6.1 include builders only (as you've already noticed).
We've delivered a set of sample portlets that can be added as feature sets to a Portlet Factory project on IBM's Portlet Catalog. These 'Jumpstart Portlets' can be download at the following URL: http://www-01.ibm.com/software/brandcatalog/portal/portal/details?catalog.label=1WP1001PZ
