Hi to all!
I have a problem, i can not export data using the external systems in my TSRM 7.1.
Some data example for table asset:
In Object Structure: MXASSET have Support Flat Structure checked.
In Publish channel: its defined in MXASSETInterface
In End Point: MXFLATFILE, the attribute FILEDIR is c:\export
In External Systems: EXTSYS1 is enabled, in Publish Channel tab, MXASSETInterface have the endpoint MXFLATFILE, and its enabled. Then click in the button Data Export, in the Data Export Window, press OK,… but nothing happens,.. and c:\export is still empty.
Any idea, how to resolve this issue?

There is a cron task called JMSQSEQCONSUMER that consumes the sequential queues, inbound and outbound to send the messages to Maximo or your End point, in this case MXFLATFILE.
You have to enable the cron task instance SEQQOUT in the JMSQSEQCONSUMER cron task.
If you have configured the loggin properties and enabled the cron task must see as follows in your maximo log

I did all the steps reqired to export data from TSRM. But the data is not getting exported. Its getting stuck in the queue. any possible thing m missing?

Typically messages remain untouched in the queue because Maximo is still in Admin Mode (via Config DB), which halts all cron tasks.
