I installed Widget Factory with custom install option.
Since there is existing WASCE on my machine, I chose off WASCE install option.
But after finished the install, additional WASCE were installed and WASCE was over written on Windows program list etc...
Is this working badly?

Re: Widget Factory Install - WASCE was installed unintentionally2008-10-22T14:39:08Z in response to SystemAdminHi,
I just installed LWF 1.0, chose custom, and selected to not install WASCE and did not get WASCE as expected. I the ran the install again, chose custom, left the WASCE checked, and got WASCE as expected. I can't reproduce this behavior. Let me know if I've missed something.
Re: Widget Factory Install - WASCE was installed unintentionally2008-10-22T15:04:27Z in response to mb2Hi,
One other thing I should have mentioned. You can have multiple WASCE's on your system, just don't start more than one. If the WASCE we provide overwrote your WASCE start and stop short cuts, you can start and stop the server via the WASCE\bin\startup.bat and shutdown.bat scripts. The WASCE deploymet config we generated for you is configured for our WASCE, so you will also need to create a new one for your old instance.
Sorry about any confusion,

The same problem occurred again.
The steps are following:
1) select "standard install" and click "next"
2) click "back" and select "custom install"
3) choose off "WASCE install option" and "next"
result) WASCE was installed.
Re: Widget Factory Install - WASCE was installed unintentionally2008-10-24T13:19:37Z in response to SystemAdminAhhhhh, interesting, I didn't do the click back step. Do you think you did this the first time too? Sorry if I missed that. I'll take a look and log a bug if I can reproduce it.

I'm not sure if I did it at the first time.... but possibly I did.
I tried again and chose custom install directly, the install was finished successfully without WASCE !
(sorry for my terrible English...)
