Pinned topic Migration from Wesphere 5.0 to 6.0

I am migrating one project from 5.0 to 6.0 .I am able to open my home page but when I login(My application tries to Connect to DB) .it is showing below errors .I am using Sybase as a DataBase and I have set connction pooling with Proper JNDI .
