Pinned topic Domino View and Form Builder - Category Selector

‏2008-04-28T15:11:43Z |
I am brand new to portlet factory - and this may be a stupid question - but how do you populate the Category Selector in the Domino View and Form Builder? It's empty - the view works fine otherwise.

I don't see a way in the builder itself where I specify what column is the category.
The help files is too vague to be useful and searching has turned up no results - am I the only one perplexed by this?

I'm fairly certain this is a dumb question and the solution is right in front of me - but am at my wits end trying to figure it out.

Some helpful advise would be appreciated.

It uses the first column in the view as a default, which is a standard Domino way of restricting to category or showing a single category (if you are familiar with Domino web development).

Thanks for the response - I had been using the category builder rather than a categorized view and it seems this is not compatible with the category selector.
