Pinned topic Access to PS component interface

Hi, I am trying to configure PortletFactory in RAD7 to point to a PeopleSoft environment. When testing the connection in the PS View & Form builder I get the following exception. I was given a port number of 8621 which I think may not be correct. How do I find out what is the correct port number? I was given the psjoa.jar from the PeopleSoft team so that should be fine. Thanks
