Hi Dan. Feeling lonely on these forums? : ) I just went through all the Filenet forums on this site and all that's there is your "welcome to..." post on each.

Any idea why? Is the existance of these forums not general knowledge?

    David.

    Thank you!

    Hi Dan
From the looks of it you don't answer posts. A year after this forum started and there's no answers to anyones questions.

Well I have the same questions; where are the old Discussions. If you don't know say so or at least make some kind of effort to give us our money's worth. I sure my compatriots agree.

My second question: when is the next full version of IDM Desktop (Panagon) coming out. This deal of having to run 3 Setups to (4.0, 4.0.1 & 4.0.1-004) to be compliant is just a little nuts, don't you think????

Not sure if you konw or not - but 4.02 has been out for a little while.... It's already up to fix pack 3.

But nothing has changed. You still ahve to install the 4.0 base - and THEN the 4.02 and then the FP3. And that's 3 reboots still too......

No word if this is being addressed...

Thank you Mark...word just came to me the other day that a new base is due 4th quarter 2008. I asked the question of my IBM migration Project Manager. Figured, if anyone should be able to find out, she should.

Can't expect the new IBM/FileNet guy to post that sort of information.

      have a nice day

Bob ( and others).. Not sure if you are going to make it to IOD this year. If you do then that is as good as any of a forum to ask IBM-FileNet about this and express the frustration of having it set up the way they do.

I know I plan on talking about it ;-)
