Pinned topic How to open SVN projects with DB2 Developer Workbench

‏2007-07-13T17:54:24Z |
I can open SVN projects on Eclipse with Subversion plugin. But DB2 Developer Workbench doesn't support subversion. What can I do for seeing and getting SVN projects?

Neither DWB 9.1 nor the DWB 9.5 beta support eclipse shell sharing or 3rd party eclipse plug-ins. DWB development is currently defining what the DWB 9.5 eclipse shell sharing and 3rd party plug-in support will be when DWB 9.5 GA's.

Is this a restriction that has carried over to Data Studio?

Data Studio v1.1 FP1, based on Eclipse 3.2.2, will support Shell sharing with 3.2.2 based products such as RAD 7.0.0.5 or RDA 7.0.0.4, etc. FP1 will eGA mid December. Like other Eclipse based product, 3rd party plugin such as subversion can be installed into Data Studio using Eclipse Update Manager. But, you do need to make sure the plugins are compatible to Eclipse v3.2.2, otherwise, there may be potential runtime issues.
