I want to know the percentage/rate at which appplication can hangup within the Websphere Voice response. The report I see via statistics (Operation Menu - statistics) sub menu ;in the application report show that the aplication hangup rate to be a bit high.

Application hangup is always more than 35%

I want to know if this is normal
