Pinned topic TEMS can't start

I was using TEMS and TEPS on Linux RHEL4, and it was working properly on seperated machine.

After installing some agents, TEMS was frozen. Then I restart that machine.

Since then, TEMS can't start evenif it had been reinstall.

Hope anyone can help me out of this.

    Can you post more logs? That one doesn't say much.
    Try starting it, the post the contents of the new files created in $CANDLEHOME/logs.
    What fix pack are you using?

    I'm using FP005.

    I'll post more logs as soon as possible but I still have a question

    why it doesn't work if i did an uninstallation.

    All setting should be deleted, right??

    Why it still has problems with environment file ???

    What's the operating system where Hub TEMS is installed ?
    How much memory and CPU do you have in your Hub TEMS server ?
    If AIX, did you apply LA0007 ?
    Please publish here you last /opt/IBM/ITM/logs/*ms*
    Any ITM 6.1 process still hanged ?
    Did you reboot the machine after uninstalling ?
    How is the disk space ?
    If Unix, please publish here your ITM 6.1 file systems.

    Confirm no other TEMS processes are currently running:
    ps -ef | grep cms
    ps -ef | grep kdsmain

    If any process appears, kill it then attempt to restart the TEMS. Also, any additional information in the TEMS log files would be very helpful.
