I was trying to customize the articles that showed up. I chose Rational and XML as zones. I first entered keywords ClearCase, XSLT, XML. It wasn't clear whether I should separate by commas, but I did. The results came back as nothing found. I updated again and did not enter any keywords. Then only Rational articles showed up (no XML). I updated again and entered only the keyword ClearCase. Only CC articles showed up, but there were still no XML articles. If 8 articles are listed, I would expect 4 Rational and 4 XML to be in the list. I'm not clear on how I get both zone's content to show up in the list -- it looked to me like it went for Rational first, and the list filled up with those, so there were no XML articles. ??? Really cool feature, but I'm not sure how to get the results I'm expecting.

Re: Edit articles a little confusing2006-09-19T18:37:26Z in response to KristinBKristin, the Technical library portlet in My dW calls the dW Everywhere code. I just duplicated your problem on both My dW and dW Everywhere. It appears that the keywords are "anded" (as it would be in a search query). I think the UI for My dW and dW Everywhere should be updated to make that explicitly known to users. I would also suggest to John Muller that we consider offering "OR" capability (or just look at using the same syntax as a common search engine would offer).
Thanks for the feedback.
