Pinned topic DB2 Connectivity - REXX Variable Error

‏2006-03-20T14:01:33Z |
Hi All,

I am getting this error message:

SQL7008N REXX variable "SBMSCUSTD " contains inconsistent data. SQLSTATE=55019

I am trying to update to ISeries database using DB2 stage. Am using DataStage 7.0 running on windows.

Can anyone help me resolve this?

I greatly appreciate your help!

Thanks!
Hamsa

    This is as far as I've got so far: http://www-1.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg21206832

    But I've yet to find out where exactly I've to put this
    connect.nojournal = True

    This issue is caused by transaction isolation levels for iSeries DB2. Set the TXNISOLATION=32 in db2cli.cfg file on DB2 client and it should solve the issue. File is located under <db2_inst_home>/sqllib/cfg directory on DB2 client machine.

    common
    TXNISOLATION=32

    There is no db2cli file within the cfg folder in DB2 install directory. If anyone comes across any other means of configuration, please post here.
