Has anyone used Profile Stage and Data Stage with Lotus Notes database? If yes please let me know their experiences. If no, then does Ascential have any documentation on this?

I am aware of at least one site that has used ODBC to access Lotus, though whether that was a Notes database or a spreadsheet I am not 100% certain (though I do believe it was Notes).
Therefore, theoretically at least, ProfileStage should also be able to connect.

Your best bet would probably be to export lotus notes information to a text file and use that.
