Pinned topic HowTo find number of waiting messages in async queue?

‏2005-11-28T15:40:33Z |
Hi,

I am trying to find out the number of waiting messages in an async
outgoing queue...Since browsing of remote queues is not allowed, this
seems to be a problem...

Thanks,
Wolfgang

    Hi,

    Create a QueueManager Rule and modify the transmit(MQeQueueProxy)
    method.
    for eg:
    boolean transmit(MQeQueueProxy queue){
    System.out.println("Messages waiting =
    "+queue.getNumberOfMessages());
    return true;
    }
    regards,
    Vijay
