We ran a converison in v5.1.2 Advance tool and took the option for System Screen support.
We noticed that if we logged in as the user who converted the application, we were able to use WRKSPLF from a menu option and display a spool file, but if we logged in as another user and try to display a spool file , it would go back to the menu with an error message, 'Error occurred while processing'
If we try to do WRKACTJOB from a menu option and select the option to 'Work With' with the user who converted the app, it would work, but for another user it go back to the menu with the error ' Eroor was found during display file or printer file operation'.
We looked at the active job for details and can't seem to understand why this is happening. It seems system support screens can't be accessed by other users.
How can we assign other users other than the user who converted the app to access system screen support?
Would appreciate any help or info on this.
