I'm tring to enable portlets for machine translation using WebSphere Translation Server. I installed one translation server and two portal servers. Both portal servers use the same translation server, portal server (A) is installed on the same box as the translation server while the other one (B) on a seperate box. The problem is: when accessing the portlets on server A, "PreferredLanguage" selected from the language selection drop-down has higher priority than the language preference setting in the browser. While in the case of server B, it's just the opposite. Any idea?

Try Watson Neural Machine Translation: https://www.ibm.com/watson/services/language-translator/
Or a traditional translation agency: www.ibidem-translations.com
