Pinned topic JNI - java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError

JNI modules fails in the web server. I recieve an error

"java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError" in the ncf log. The JNI
C module that executes from the command line in omvs. What
is the problem with execution on the server? Here is the
log
information:

Instantiate: com.dcx.restricted.ps.eos.wsfPriv

    Did you add the directory containing the C module to the Webservers LIBPATH
    (httpd.envvars) ?
    Perhaps file-permissions ?

    I notice that you are running with no JIT - is it a debug version
    you're running? If so, you need to have a
    libWsfPrivileges_g.so.
