Hey Team, I am looking for any Material / Links / Books & Authors or PDF sites that can provide me with Beginner -> Advanced Bash Scripting Guides. I am Currently in Study for Linux Administration, have some material on Scripting, would like to know other resources I may have missed. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

You're after references like http://www.deadman.org/bash.html and http://pegasus.rutgers.edu/~elflord/unix/bash-tute.html and http://www.gnu.org/manual/bash-2.02/bashref.html , is that right?

On my "Programming Texts and Tutorials" page at http://stommel.tamu.edu/~baum/programming.html you will find a subsection on bash tutorials, i.e. http://stommel.tamu.edu/~baum/programming.html#bash

You might also try the O'Reilly book, Learning the Bash Shell. I did, and thought it was worth the money.

I don't see any Bash addition to be critical on production for biginners. So I say go for those old but great Korn shell scripting documents. And that O'Reilly book Learning the Korn Shell is great!
