    Hello VicenteVicenteVicente,

This is a known limitation in IBM Support Assistant 5.0 Team Server running on Linux.  The Garbage
Collection and Memory Visualizer (GCMV) on a Linux system must be launched from the command line.

Per our updated copy of the ISA 5.0 Team Server Release notes:

    http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?uid=swg27036238

    * The desktop editions of Health Center, Memory Analyzer, and Garbage
Collection and Memory Visualizer (GCMV) on a Linux system must be launched
from the command line and the JAVAWS_VM_ARGS environment variable must be
    set as follows:

    JAVAWS_VM_ARGS=-Dswing.defaultlaf=javax.swing.plaf.metal.MetalLookAndFeel

After the JAVAWS_VM_ARGS environment variable is set you can launch desktop
tools using the javaws command from a 1.6+ JRE.

    To launch Health Center:
    javaws https://<host>:<port>/com.ibm.java.diagnostics.healthcenter.jws/launch
    .jnpl

    To launch Memory Analyzer:
    javaws https://<host>:<port>/com.ibm.java.diagnostics.memory.analyzer.jws/
    launch.jnpl

To launch Garbage Collection and Memory Visualizer (GCMV)
    javaws https://<host>:<port>/com.ibm.java.diagnostics.visualizer.jws/
    launch.jnlp

Note that the default https port is 10943. Also ensure that your DISPLAY
environment variable is set properly for your Linux desktop.
