Pinned topic Database Interface Designer, Oracle, Timestamps

‏2013-06-15T04:06:01Z |

I'm using an Oracle 11g database.  I've created a table with 2 columns:

CREATE TABLE ELIG_DETAIL2
  (
    EDI_TRXN_DETAIL_ID      INTEGER      NOT NULL ,
    CREATE_DT_TM                 TIMESTAMP
  ) ;

When I go into the database interface designer, I cannot create this type tree.  I've narrowed the reason down to the timestamp field. If I change this field to DATE, it works just fine.  I cannot get it to create as a TIMESTAMP.  Every time I try, I get the error stating 'The definition for table ELIG_DETAIL2 could not be accessed.'

What I am missing and/or why wont this work?  Thanks in advance!!!

    Hi,

    Could you please copy and paste the SQL "select" query that you used in Database Interface designer.
