Pinned topic RAD IM Installation Error in Windows 7 64 Bit

‏2013-09-11T06:56:14Z |

Hi,

I am trying to install RAD V9 in my windows 7 64 bit machine, which has Java 7 update 40. Whenever I launch the installation file for installation manager by clicking on run as administrator it asks me to enter the IBM account credentials. After I enter the credentials it tries to connect to IBM site and the installation manager (v6) is getting closed automatically. I checked the log and found the message as below.

java.fullversion=JRE 1.6.0 IBM J9 2.4 Windows 7 amd64-64 jvmwa6460sr9-20110203_74623 (JIT enabled, AOT enabled)

I've admin rights to the system. Can anyone help me to get the installation manager issue resolved.

Thanks in advance!

Regards,
