Pinned topic Cost code Hierarchy - service code sub item (child)

‏2017-06-12T08:42:43Z |

Hi,

Is it possible to add service code child in cost code hierarchy?

In location cost code I can add another location, project or service code:

However in service cost code there is no more sub level hierarchy,

 http://prntscr.com/firkdg

I presume one of the workflows needs some altering, however not sure which one?!

In the TRIRIGA shipping application configuration, Service Codes aren't configured to have sub levels (children).  This isn't configured in workflows but rather in Form Builder. See the 2nd Tab labeled "Includes/Forms'.  In the screenshot below you can see what the Location Cost Code allows to be included under it.

On the Service Request form, you can see in shipping applications do not allow children.  You can do this with a customization, but realize that anything you want to do with the child records will need to be configured as well in workflows.

    Thank you for reply.

Our customer wants to have groups of service codes so that they can check all service codes for that particular group (for instance electrical & lightning as a group of service cost codes and electrical outlets out, and light bulb as a single service code).

    Anyway thanks for help
