    {"siteID":"1","body":"@glaskmono By default Tomcat runs on port 8080. The request from your client needs to include that, so maybe http:\/\/localhost:8080\/WeatherServer\/Weather. I had it running on 8484 on my machine, sorry for any confusion that may have caused. The port is a global setting, not app specific, so you must change it in Tomcat's server.xml.
