We are currently running Service Request Manager 7.2 and my Director has asked that we make all offerings in our Self Service Offering Catalog show by default. Currently, when you go to the catalog, no items show by default and our end users have to click on the "View All Offerings" link to see the list of offerings. Ideally, we'd like for them to either use the search function or click through the classifications to help locate the appropriate offerings, but they're teaching each other to just click on the button and ignoring the training we've given them.
Is there a way to invoke an event when the page first loads? And if so, what type of issues could this potentially cause later on? We currently only have 8 offerings, but will be adding another 4-5 in the upcoming weeks.
