Pinned topic Sandbox is not accessible

‏2013-11-05T20:49:38Z |

Citrix, Native RDP, and Java RDP options all resulted in connection problem / server can not be reached.  HTML5 browser option resulted in a gray screen with nothing on it.

Please look into this.  Thanks.

Could you please let me know what trial you signed up for?  I have gone through a few of our hosted images and do not see any connection problems to any of them, but will look into this in more detail.  Have you been able to successfully connect to a trial in the past using your existing system and configuration?

    Hi, ThinhN,

Just check the VM you are trying to login. It's looks fine and I can login into it.

So it probably the firewall  block from  your company.

For HTML5 methods, it only need open port 80 for outbound.

And what  browser  you are using, I think Firefox and chrome have better support for HTML5.

      Thanks,

    Chien

I may be right on the RDP options.  However,

    - HTML5:  I was using Chrome

    - Citrix:  This is over port 80 as well right?  but also resulted in connection failure.

    Hi,

Because the Sandbox using port forwarding. So depend on the VM ID you assign to , it will need different outbound port.

      ex. if VM ID = 80 ,

        RDP port = 11000 + VM ID 80 = 11080 ,

        Citrix port  = 10000 + VM ID 80 = 10080 for citrix web interface and 5000+ VM ID 80 = 5080 for citrix protocol

        HTML5 always use port 80.

For HTML5 client isn't working it maybe related to web proxy.  if you are using web proxy you may need to turn on automatic flushing of your proxy buffer.

    Thanks,
