Pinned topic Unable to Edit artifact Documentation

I am experiencing a odd issue on my PC.  Under the "Overview" tab for any artifact, when I click on the "Edit" link and enter documentation, it does not save.  Instead, the box where the text shows shows "Click Edit to add or edit text".  If I click on the "Edit" link, the text inside the box turns to a value of "false".

Has anyone seen this before?

I have re-installed Process Designer from scratch but it does not seem to help.  Please note, I could update documentation fine if I login from another PC.
