Need advice on the IBM Spectrum Insights user. Currently we install Spectrum Control Insights Pro. By right when admin add the new user with given privilege as LICENSED USER, that person should able to (Open/Close Case). But what was happen, after user created, the new user need request via Forum or mail to support to allow that person to Open/Close case. This should not been happen. As mention the new user able to manage the case after the admin give that privilege.
Why even admin give the privilege as licensed User and the new user still need to get the permission from support. Please refer the attach.
